All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Belos Jewellery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
