Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your necklace. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The necklace must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in the original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at belosjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your necklace arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
